Hello GPSers,
Last night was one of the greatest Sundays I have ever experienced. We started our February sermon series called, “Give It Up”. Its all about giving. Last night was about giving our prayers to God and how easy that really can be. Next week will be about giving our presence to God. This sermon series is going to be great. I hope you plan on making it to some or all of them.
We also had a fantastic Super Bowl party. Thank you to all of you who brought food and munchies to share. It was such a cool time to see all you together just having fun. The kids were playing catch, the Gerlach’s were dancing to the halftime show, the adults were playing football, and there was just a lot of fun to be had by all. It really was one of the greatest Sundays of my life. Thank you GPSers for being such an awesome family. I can’t wait to see you this Sunday.
Keep it going with your small groups. I hope your mission projects are starting to come together. Remember that Sunday February 24th will be about giving God our service. Your small groups are going to play a huge role in that service. God bless all of you as your small groups start to become communities.

That is what January is all about. Are you where you want to be in life? Are you where God wants you to be in life? Grab your GPS and let’s go. This week is about doing your best. Do you do the best you can for you? Do you do the best for God? The Bible tells us that is what God expects…our best. What a challenge. What a future. What a God. Are you ready to be challenged? If so, I will see you Sunday at 5:30pm for Pizza and pop and at 6pm for GPS. I want to be great. Do you?

Don’t forget the time change starting in January.
PIZZA AND POP at 5:30pm

See you Sunday,

Hey everybody,
January is here and it is time for a new sermon series. This series is “I want to be great”. Jesus says in the Gospel of John that we are going to do greater things that he has ever done. Those words are awesome. I want people (including me) to look at themselves in the mirror and ask whether or not we are being great for Christ. I want to challenge myself and all of you to be great for Christ because that is what he has gifted all of us to be. Are you ready to be great?
I just wanted to wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 2007 sure has been a lot of fun. I cannot wait to see what God will do through GPS in 2008. I hope you are planning to find out with me and the entire GPS team. It won’t be the same without you. Last night was awesome. There were over 80 of us there to break in the new building. What a place to have GPS. If you missed it, we hope to see you this Sunday the 30th. Merry Christmas everybody!
His,
Dan Bogre–Pastor of GPS
I just want to send out a HUGE THANK YOU to all of the GPSers who helped with the 420 chairs, tables, and table racks. You folks were so amazing. With each passing week GPS becomes more and more of a family. Remember that tonight we are in the new building. I can’t wait to see all of you there for the final week of “So this is Christmas”. I will see you at 6pm for pizza and 6:30 for GPS.
Merry Christmas,
Dan Bogre–Pastor of GPS
We’ll be moving chairs into the new addition this Saturday, Dec 22nd at 8:30 am. I know we’ll be too excited to sit when we have our GPS service this Sunday in the new addition, but we’d like to have the chairs over there any way. Hope you can come!!
Glory Be To God On High
Merry Christmas GPSers. Just think, a week from today we will all be covered in wrapping paper and stuffed with Christmas cookies. Isn’t Christmas awesome. No matter how old you are the magic never fades away when you have Christ at the center. If all we have is Santa to provide us with all of the magic, then what happens when we no longer believe? That is why the magic has never faded away for me. This whole Jesus thing is my magic. I hope it becomes your magic as well. Walk this journey of faith with me and the GPS folks and watch how your Christmas magic comes back. This Sunday is the last Sunday for the “So this is Christmas” sermon series. I hope you can make it because “The Polar Express” is pulling in to the North Pole. Don’t miss it.
Merry Christmas Everyone! Last Sunday was week two of, “So this is Christmas”. It was all about hope. The boy in “The Polar Express” still had enough hope in the midst of his doubts about Santa to get on the train. Do you have enough hope to climb on board. I would hate to pull away and see you left at the station. We need you on board. Next week is all about getting ready. Come and find out what happens while the train makes it’s way to the north pole. If you missed last week, you missed hot chocolate, marshmellows, and Christmas cookies. Don’t miss out this week. It just isn’t the same without you. See you this Sunday!
